I started a blog about one year ago and used a Wordpress Theme made by Brian Gardner. After about 6 month I stopped using this Theme and didn´t post too much on my old blog. A few days ago I even removed Wordpress form my other domain. But now I am working on a new project and the Brian´s Wordpress Theme would be perfect for my new project. The only problem was, I didn´t have the Theme anymore. So I looked on Brian´s site and I saw that there are 2 updates for my old Theme.
What could I do, I wrote Brian an email asking him if there is a way to get the updated Theme? The first mail a got back, was auto responder telling me Brian is on vacation, but just a few minutes I got a second mail from Brian telling me sure I can get the updated Theme and he sent me the download link right away. That´s what I call service. Sure you don´t have to pay for some Themes, but if you want a real good Theme and maybe some service too, Brian is the man.
Thanks a lot Brain.

1You certainly don’t get service like that very often – especially online. People seem too busy to even bother answering email these days.

2It is always great to hear good news about someone. Most things I see are bad reports. When people provide good service, they tend to be overlooked. Thanks

3I’d have to agree, the quality and service of paid themes are light years ahead of the crap you get for free. Gardner definitely has some good stuff. However, I’m a huge fan of Chris Pearson, his Thesis theme is probably THE best out there right now.

6Brian is the “real deal”. He’s the best and his themes are superbly coded. He’s a rare combination of design and coding genius!
